I. Your Relationship with Us and Acceptance of the Terms

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you and Yabbox regarding your use of the Platform and Services. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

II. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise the Terms at any time. Any such version will be effective at the time we post it. Your continued use of the Services thereafter will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

III. USER RIGHTS AND LICENSES

  • Rights to Access: Yabbox grants you a conditional, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Prohibited Activities: : You agree not to:
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
    • Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
    • Upload "Objectionable Content" (illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violent content).
  • Data Usage: You agree that Yabbox may collect and use technical data (device info, system, network access) to facilitate service provision and improvements. This data is collected in a form that does not personally identify you.
  • Data Usage & Advertising: You acknowledge and agree that the Services may include advertisements. To provide relevant ads, Yabbox and its partners may use technical data and identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.

IV. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & COMMUNITY SAFETY

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Objectionable Content.
  • Reporting and Blocking: Users are obligated to report objectionable content using in-app tools. Users have the right to block any other user.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts that violate these terms.

V. Subscriptions and In-app Purchases

  • Billing: Subscriptions and purchases are handled via the Apple App Store and are subject to the App Store’s terms and conditions.
  • Refunds: All refund requests and billing inquiries must be directed to the Apple App Store. Yabbox does not directly process refunds for in-app transactions.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yabbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

VII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
